Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses across Australia and New Zealand.
If you are in a remote or rural area, additional delivery times or surcharges may apply.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing / Dispatch Time
- Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed 7- 10 days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking link.
- Please note that “dispatch time” is separate from “delivery time” (below).

Standard Shipping:
For metro & suburban postcodes:
AUD $10: 7-10 business days (metro areas).
Remote / Rural Areas:
Additional 1–3 business days. May incur surcharge. Based on postcode & courier service

Free Shipping Promotion
We offer free standard shipping for orders over AUD 150.00 (within eligible postcodes).
If your address falls outside standard coverage, additional surcharges might apply even with free shipping.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
- Use this tracking link to monitor the parcel in real time.
- If you don’t receive a tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
- If your parcel is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at moqshaonline@gmail.com within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will coordinate with the courier to see what the issue is.
- You may be required to provide photos, proof of damage, or other information.
Address Accuracy & Errors
- Please ensure your shipping details (name, address, postcode, phone) are correct and complete at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is given and the parcel is returned or lost, we may charge re-shipping costs or refuse reshipment.
- We are unable to amend the address once the order is dispatched.
