Payment Policy

Prices on the Moqsha website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). The checkout only presents payment methods that are currently enabled for the Core PHP store.

Payment security

Do not send card numbers or payment credentials by email or through the contact form. Any external payment gateway must be configured through the secure payment settings on the production server.

Order confirmation

An order is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the store and the applicable payment status has been recorded. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order may be placed on hold or cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original method where supported. Processing times can vary by financial institution. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility.
